Counselling North - working with other North east Agencies seeks to advertise for qualified and accredited Counsellors to be available to work and support clients from the North East Region - and in particular in East Durham to offer well-being support to the residents of that area. Addictions North East have obtained a contract through East Durham Leader for a project that seeks to offer counselling services in their area of benefit.

• You must hold a recognised qualification in counselling/counselling psychology/psychotherapy (MINIMUM Diploma level).
• You must have a minimum of 600 hours of supervised counselling practice, and at least 2 years post-qualification experience.
• You must be a member of an appropriate professional organisation such as BACP, UKCP, BPS, BACBP, AHPP etc.
• You must hold full professional indemnity insurance.
• You must be able to demonstrate appropriate on-going professional development.
• You agree to work to Corporate Support protocols and guidelines.
